The prices are in UAH per room for two people with breakfast.

A tourist fee is charged - 4.17 UAH per person per night

* - the price includes New Year's celebration for 2 people

** - the price includes Christmas supper for 2 people

Booking rules for the period - 30.12 - 09.01

New Year package – booking for this period at least 5 days
Christmas package - booking for this period at least 4 days

Prepayment for the reservation:

during holidays - 50%
promotional service packages - 100%
other periods - 30%

An additional payment is accepted on the reception at the hotel by cash or by credit cards.

Full refunds for booking cancellation will be after the written notice of the hotel's administration by e-mail. For the holiday period (from 30.12 to 09.01) within 30 working days during the reservation and in all other cases within 15 working days. For cancellation of reservation of promotional services, prepayment is not refundable.

Hotel Rules and Regulations

It is forbidden:

1) Smoking in rooms, restaurant or sauna. Smoking is possible only in specially designated areas.

2) Using ski shoes in the hotel.

3) Using electric heaters in the rooms.

4) Using the hotel equipment and facilities not for the intended purpose.

Rules of living with animals:

The guest is fully responsible for the animal that lives in the room.
Extra charge for accommodation with an animal - 50% of the daily room rate (fee is charged only one time for all period of accommodation)
The hotel can refuse the guest accommodation with the animal in case of aggressive or inappropriate behavior of the animal

Early check-in / Late check-out

Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 12:00 are possible if confirmed beforehand and are payable as a half room rack rate.

Payment for accommodation can be done in three possible ways:

1. On the card account PrivatBank: 5169 3305 1356 5108 in the name of Albina Kharchenko, without specifying the purpose of payment. Photo or scanned copies of the payment receipt to send us e-mail: tatarivdeluxe@gmail.com, and shall be presented at the original settlement.
